little clocks

i went to see BMAC yesterday, and i took this little clock to one of my favorite people, even though i see him only once a year. his name is roger wood, and you must check out his clocks... they're so much better than mine!

i made this new brooch in honor of the etsy ad that i scored that will appear in the april/may issue of bust magazine. it's just one of my favorite magazines, and i can't wait to see it!

the brooch is made of twelve layers of hand-cut and hand-stitched felt. it took hours. but i love how it turned out! it has so much depth and color...

anyway, off to bed, i'm off to philly in the morning to see friends at the Buyers Market of American Craft. i can't wait!

super cool owl cuff.

this was a gift from my good friend kristy... i never know about the "rule" that says you have to wear your jewelry so others can view the image in the right direction. i'm wearing it facing me, so i get to look at it all day... if only i could convince her to make them for everybody, because i just love it.
